Too Faced Passport to Bronze Set Review and Swatches

I picked up the Too Faced Passport to Bronze Set a little while ago, and after having a play around with the different bronzers included in the set, I thought I’d share my thoughts on this cute travel-sized collection.

Too Faced Sweet Tea bronzer

This bronzer has been on my wishlist for ages, but I only just decided it was time to find out if it’s worth the hype. Summer is over, but this baby better give me a glow all year round for $44 AUD.

It’s Too faced, so what ind of blogger would I be if I didn’t talk about packaging?! It comes in this adorable teal heart-shaped cardboard box with dark brown edges and gold detailing. My only gripe is the bulky packaging…it’s a shame it couldn’t be a little thinner.

Unlike Too Faced’s Chocolate range, this does not smell like Sweet Tea – it’s just a generic chemical smell – so that was a bit of a disappointment for me!

Inside you get 5.5 grams of product; one half is a ‘light’ shade, and the other is a ‘dark’ shade. The idea is to swirl the two together to get the perfect bronze shade.

The light side is a golden light brown colour, and the dark side is a deeper golden brown. When the two are mixed together, they for a gorgeous caramel shade. While this bronzer has shimmer in it, there’s no glittery chunks in it, so you’re only left with a nice sheen when applied to the face.

There is a large amount of kick-up, and I only needed to tap my brush in to get more than enough product. If you have fair to medium skin, this should work for you. Hopefully they bring out other shades for deeper skintones in the future too, so more makeup lovers can enjoy this product.

I’ve also swatched it alongside my other bronzers. As you can see, it’s one of the deeper shades, but still very wearable with a fluffy brush and light hand 😉
