If you read my post on my very first Lip Lab experience, you’ll know how much I enjoy the whole process. Now it’s time to share my thoughts on the tired and tested lipgloss I created!
Becca’s Rose Quartz is my all-time favourite highlight, so when Sephora had the Light Chaser range on sale, I couldn’t resist testing out these duo-chrome compacts!
So it turns out I got the wrong Lash Princess everyone’s been raving about in the beauty community. I saw the iconic packaging and picked up the first one I saw, so instead of getting the green version, I purchased the purple. I paid just under $7 AUD, so I’m okay with my mascara mix up, and apparently all the Lash Princesses are amazing anyway – so here’s my review on the Sculpted Volume!
The two foundations I currently own aren’t cheap – my Nars Sheer Glow set me back $68, and my Josie Maran Vibrancy Argan Oil cost $66, so I’ve been wanting to find a drug store alternative that’s just as good, if not better. I purchased the Australis Oh 2 Glow Foundation at 50% off a few weeks ago for about $12.50. Even at it’s full price ($23.95), it’s still almost a third of the cost of my Nars or Josie Maran! Here are my thoughts on this new foundation.
I’m going on a four day holiday soon, so I thought I’d share what I’m taking with me, and why I’ve selected these particular items for my makeup routine while on holidays. The key is to take travel-sized items where possible and pack light, while still giving yourself some room for variety.
I received this sample as the Sephora Robina store opening, and was very surprised to receive the shade ‘Fair’, since most freebies at these types of events are usually for medium skin tones.
I picked up this little set for my best friend at Christmas time, and was pretty sad Mecca didn’t restock it once it sold out. But to my surprise and delight, I discovered this trio had returned with many new releases earlier this month.
